Our design and technology curriculum and approach embeds our Christian faith perspective by reinforcing our School’s core Christian values of Agape, Communion and Justice and ensures that children have the opportunities to Sow, Nurture and Grow.
Sow - To sow knowledge of where and how design and technology enhances God's world and how it impacted on us.
Nurture - To nurture the Design and technology skills, knowledge, understanding through a range of media. This is embedded through our sequenced and thematical curriculum, which allows children to express their ideas, designs, make decisions and support each other.
Grow - To ensure their design technology experiences inspire them to enhance and embrace DT beyond our school and community. To grow children who are able to apply these skills within a ever changing and diverse society. The design technology curriculum helps our children to understand the diversity of people, communities and further supports their personal development of who they are.
