RSE Consent 2024 - 2025

Each year, some year groups will teach non-statutory Sex education. Please use this form to give your consent for your child to participate in the non-statutory Sex education. If you do not consent, please could you give us a few details about what you wish your child to be removed from. Teachers will share when these lessons take place via the school app.
