I am writing personally to you at this time to inform you of the sad news that Kickstart will be leaving Marton & District Primary School at the end of Summer Term 2020.
We hope that school is able to safely return before the end of July so we can say a proper goodbye to the children. Unfortunately, there has been a breakdown in the working relationship between Kickstart and the School and we have reluctantly reached the conclusion that our position has become untenable. I would like to thank the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Governing Body who have been nothing but courteous and it is clear that they will help us make the transition a smooth and orderly one for the children.
I have personally worked at Marton & District School for four years and it has been my absolute pleasure to have done so. I would like to thank everyone who has previously or currently works or volunteers at the school. Collectively, they have done an amazing job and in my experience, they have always done that with passion and enthusiasm and with the best interests of the children at heart.
We estimate that Kickstart has worked with approximately 1000 different children who have come through the Marton school doors in the past few years and we are very privileged to have had that opportunity.
Your children really are unique, special individuals and we will miss them all greatly. Whether you are a previous or current parent or carer we would like to thank you immensely for all of your support over the past four years and we wish each and everyone of you the very best for the future.
