Remote Learning
Many thanks to you all for beginning with remote learning whilst school is closed. You will now have received messages via Seesaw and the app from class teachers about learning at home and we know many of you were able to collect work packs yesterday. We hope you find these useful.
I wanted to offer you a reassurance about remote learning as I can appreciate many of you are now working from home and looking after your children and if nobody has told you that you are doing a great job, then I will. We are educators and have lots of experience and we find things hard too! Please remember that every child learns in their own way and whilst some find online learning successful, others will enjoy drawing or reading.
My priority is making sure you all feel supported and safe so if we can help you in anyway, please don't hesitate to contact us. Looking after our mental health and well being is so important. I am sure many of you are receiving emails about remote learning but a few to recommend:
From Monday 11th January, each week day on CBBC there will be a three-hour block of primary school programming from 9am, including BBC live lessons and BBC Bitesize Daily as well as other educational programmes.
PHONICS PLAY is also available for free and can be accessed via phonicsplay.co.uk
