Dear year 2 parents and carers,
Just to clarify that all information for homework is put on Seesaw each week. Each child receives differentiated spellings which is linked to their phonics lessons in class. These are also given out weekly on a Friday. Spelling books need to be in school every week.
I also set work in their CGP books which is also noted on Seesaw weekly. I collect these in on a Friday and it is the children's responsibility to hand these into myself or the other adults in the class. After Easter we are able to start sending out reading books again which will as previous, be changed weekly by a teacher.
As the children are in year 2, I do not go through their book bags daily as they are able to tell me if they have something in their book bags for me.
PE for year 2 is on a Thursday so children need to come into school in their PE kits on that day.
