Marton & District C E Aided Primary School

We are writing with a further update for you all.

As you know I have been Interim Headteacher at Lower Park since Easter whilst remaining Headteacher at Marton and have already thoroughly enjoyed this time and new opportunities. I am able to manage and lead both schools and able to respond to the needs of both schools quickly and easily. This has been a seamless transition and a testament to both school leadership teams who I have the pleasure of working with. Zoom and WhatsApp discussions are part of this working culture and are ideal means to communicate.

Lower Park were hoping to appoint a new Headteacher for September 2021 but have been unable to do this and therefore need to repeat the recruitment process to appoint a Headteacher for January 2022. They have asked me to continue to support them in the autumn term, exactly as I am doing now.

We see this as a further strength and opportunity and remain excited by the increased opportunities it brings for both schools.
