Weekly news from Mrs Deakin
How is it July? I have never known the school year whizz by so fast as we approach the end of the year. Much preparation work has begun regarding September and we have welcomed our new little people to school again too. Our Year 6 children have begun their transition visits and are excited to be moving to High School soon. It has been wonderful to have feedback from the High Schools about our children.
We have welcomed Twin Heights in again this week for further enrichment opportunities and as always your children behaved beautifully. Due to the increase in +ve Covid cases all after school sporting comps look likely to be unable to take place and I am in constant touch with Mr Marks as we navigate these. Thank you for your patience in supporting us all.
Next Friday is our annual Award’s Day and although this will be conducted internally, we’ll make it extra special with pictures posted on Seesaw. It is always hard to choose as we feel very protective about your children and we all think they are a superstars!
