Weekly news from Mrs Deakin
Thank you for attending parents evening and SEND reviews for your children this term. We greatly value your support at school and it’s always lovely to share children’s work with you all. I hope you enjoy reading their end of term Spring reports.
On Tuesday we had the pleasure of welcoming Rev Arch and Open the Book into school for a special Communion service and children re-enacted The Last Supper. We hope you have seen the photos on Twitter. As a staff we aim to post at least 1 Tweet each week and do hope you are enjoying these and seeing the wonderful things your children are doing!
This week we have welcomed Mrs Patton to school to work alongside Miss Copestick & Year 1 and she is excited to be joining the staff team after the holidays. To confirm again, Ms Field will support Buglawton School and return to us in September and Mr Stewart will have full responsibility for Year 4. All other staffing will remain the same.
Today, children are coming home with an Easter egg (hope they make it home!) as every child has received an egg from one of our kind families. They wish to remain anonymous but we just want to thank them for such kindness!
The summer term is always frenetic with so many dates and activities and I would urge you to make a note of these as they appear on School Jotter. our 23/24 and 24/25 School Holidays are also on the school website in case you have misplaced the email sent to you last week.
We return on Monday 17th April and apart from ASM clubs which will start that week, ALL other clubs will start week beginning 24th April. Children are welcome to wear summer school uniform if the weather is fine.
