Dear parents of children in Year 2,

Thank you so much for the positive response to the letter that was sent out last week about the Year 2 camp out.

In response to a number of queries about supervision. There will be a number of members of staff on-site overnight and we will be on hand to take children to the toilet, comfort them if they are unhappy and ensure their safety at all times.

As it stands at the moment, I am unable to let you know exactly who is staying, however we will let you know closer to the time. We will also have a parent meeting closer to the time so that any other queries can be raised.

I hope that this puts your minds at ease.
