I am delighted to confirm that KS2 children will receive two pieces of homework each week (Maths and English) to consolidate their learning at school.

Class teachers will share more details of this tomorrow at Meet the Teacher but in summary; by the end of this week children will bring home Maths and English books to work in. Homework will be issued on Fridays to be returned to school the following Friday. If children are unable to do this at home, there will be a Homework Club every Thursday lunchtime so no one misses out.

As always we want children to feel supported and for you as parents to be as involved as you can be. Homework is an ideal opportunity for you to see what your children are learning at school; Reading, help with spellings and times tables is always good practice at home too.
