Heads Up3 May 2024 (by J Field (Year2)) |
Weekly news from Mrs Deakin
I hope you have all enjoyed reading our SIAMs report this week. It was a great start and we then followed this with an unannounced Environmental Health Visit to which we scored 5 Stars across all of school, Mad House and Kitchen. Well done and thanks to all.
Apologies for my error with the wrong dates last week for our Move up Mornings. They are 27th & 28th June as I'd originally informed you in September. I'm definitely blaming my age!
Following Mr Stewart's support at St John's, he will now leave Marton on Friday 17th May and begin full time at St John's from 20th May. Miss Copestick will continue to teach Year 5 for the rest of this term. You'll still see Mr Stewart as he'll be arranging friendly matches between two schools and he'll always be a part of our Team.
The weather has been incredible this week and our children have loved being outside. It's always a pleasure to see children playing together on our school field and having fun. Let's hope the Bank Holiday weekend will be just as wonderful.
See you all on Tuesday
Nevin
