    Please see attached flu consent form which is being emailed out today.

    We sent this before our summer break (so you may already have registered) 

    If you haven't registered please use the link on the letter and the school code.

    Please also ignore the closing date of Monday the 2nd September as the portal has been re-opened and now closes on the 10th September.
