Good afternoon,

We have had a couple of queries about the campout later this week being affected by the weather.

We would like to confirm that we will be doing the campout come rain or shine. We will make the decision on Thursday where the children will be staying. If the forecast is good and the field is dry, the children will be camping out on the field. If the forecast is not great and we have a deluge of rain, we will "camp" in the hall and will do games and a movie.

The children are so excited about the campout, we would not want to let them down.
