Dear Year 5 Families,
Today, Year 5 attended a performance of School of Rock by Eaton Bank Academy at The Daneside Theatre. The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we were extremely proud of their behaviour, which was exemplary throughout the visit.
However, we would like to make you aware that one of the main actors used some inappropriate language during the performance. We apologise that this occurred. We have shared our concerns with Eaton Bank Academy and have also spoken to the children to reassure them that this language is unacceptable.
Please accept our apologies on behalf of Eaton Bank Academy for this incident.
