Dear Families,

I am writing to introduce myself as the new manager of Mad House Out of Hours Club. Many of you will already know me through the school and from my role as Chair of F&F, so it's lovely to be stepping into this position and working more closely with you and your children.

I would like to take a moment to thank Jess for the fantastic job she has done running the club. She has created a strong, welcoming environment, and I will be building on the great work she has already put in.

I want to reassure you that everything will continue to run as usual, with the same routines and familiar faces. I am also pleased to say that Joy will be assisting me, and together we are committed to providing a safe, caring and fun environment for all the children.

I will be joining Jess and Joy in the last few weeks of term to ensure we have as smooth a handover as possible. I will then officially take over after half term on the 1^st of June.
