Good luck to each and every one of you as you head into your SATs next week.
I know you’ve all been working incredibly hard, and I couldn’t be prouder of the effort, determination, and resilience you’ve shown. But I want you to remember something very important: SATs do not measure how wonderful you are. They don’t capture your kindness, your sense of humour, your creativity, or the way you support one another. Those are the things that truly make you who you are—and those are the things that matter most!
No matter what happens next week, please know this: we are so proud of you. Proud of how far you’ve come, proud of the way you treat each other, proud of the individuals you are becoming and proud that you are part of our school family.
Over the weekend have as much fun as possible, try to relax and be kind to those that love and care for you. That's a real gift that costs nothing but means so much.
Go into next week believing in yourselves, try your best, and remember—you are so much more than a test score. We'll see you all on Monday for SATs scrummy breakfast (with plenty of hugs).
