Dear Families and Carers,

I hope you’ve all had a lovely summer break.

With the new school term starting on Wednesday, I just wanted to send a quick reminder to those who have not yet signed up on the new booking system.

It’s quick and easy to register and only takes a few minutes using this link:

Once registered there are 2 options to book. If you require the same sessions each week request a contract. If different sessions are required each week use ad hoc bookings.

If you request a contract it has to be approved. Please check your contract status says approved by clicking on contracts when you log on. You will also have received an email of confirmation. Please check your junk. I can see some people have started a contract request but not finalised them for approval. If you are unsure please email me. Contracted bookings will receive an invoice 2 days before the start of every term, which can be paid through the booking system. Ad hoc sessions are paid for as you book.

Please remember that the new booking system is the only way to book your children into M.A.D House. Bookings will close at the start of each session, unless capacity is reached before this time:

• Breakfast Club – 7.30am
• After School Club – 3.30pm
