Dear Parents and Carers,

We are pleased to let you know that we have arranged for members of the SEND team from EBA to meet with parents and carers of children currently in Years 5 and 6 on Tuesday 13th October 2026 at 2.30pm.

This will be a valuable opportunity to meet with EBA staff, ask any questions you may have and gain a better understanding of how pupils with SEND will be supported as they move into secondary school.

We recognise that the transition to secondary school can sometimes bring additional questions or concerns for families, and we want to ensure that our children and their parents feel as informed, supported and prepared as possible. EBA colleagues will be able to talk through the support available and provide reassurance around the transition process.

We are very fortunate to have developed such a strong and positive relationship between Marton and EBA, and we are keen to utilise this relationship to provide our families with an opportunity such as this. We understand that other primary schools have not arranged a meeting of this kind, and we are delighted that our strong partnership enables us to offer this additional support to our families.

Please could you confirm whether you are able to attend by replying to the school office, so that we can update the EBA staff on numbers.
