Message for Families
We are pleased to let families know that we have arranged for PC Andy Cornell to visit Marton on Friday 6th November at 9am to deliver an online safety workshop for parents.
The session will focus on helping parents to understand some of the challenges children can face online and how we can work together to keep our children safe and happy online. It will include useful advice around areas such as group chats, communicating with others online and speaking to strangers.
Following the parent workshop, Andy will also deliver short sessions for our Year 5 and Year 6 children, focusing on group chats, talking to strangers online and raising awareness of how they can stay safe and make positive choices online. These sessions will last approximately 30 minutes.
All parents and carers are very welcome to attend the parent workshop – we would love to see you there!
