The Marton girls sit second in the league!
After the first round of league matches the Marton girls are currently sat second in the table after this afternoon's results.
We played three matches, Won 2 and Lost 1 and with Smallwood not turning up were given an automatic victory. So we currently have 9 points out of 12.
The girls were awesome and there was some great football played; great passing and throw in moves that had been discussed during training.
The team has come so far over the course of the year and I hope that during the next round of fixtures on the 19th April we can finish with a flourish.
