Marton & District C E Aided Primary School

We really have had the most successful year at school and I would like to wish you all a very happy summer holiday. As well as various sporting achievements, amazing school results and Ofsted & SIAMS inspections,; this has been a year in which our whole school community has really grown together. At the end of the year parents and carers are beyond generous and as a staff we all feel very humbled and grateful. Today amongst the numerous cards and gifts received were many comments from parents thanking us for being part of their children’s lives and for enabling them to grow within our Marton Family. Words that made us very emotional. Today during out last assembly (the sandwich one!) I reminded the children of how special they are to us all and how we really are part of a family and always will be. In 23 years of teaching, I am as committed to the children at Marton as the day I started teaching and I thank you all for your support. We look forward to welcoming you all back to school on Tuesday 5th September. Best wishes, Nevin
