Dear parents You may have heard that we are planning a prayer garden in school and I hope that you saw the lovely plan designed by Julie Smith last Monday. If not, it is up in the hall so please do have a look. Please see our list of things we need below. If you are able to help in any way, please let myself, Julie or Clare Burwood know. Ms Bromley Our Marton Prayer Garden ...can you help?.. pleeeese We are hoping to create a beautiful and tranquil Prayer Garden for all our students and visitors and wonder if you are able to help with any of the following: Help with labour –can you dig? Are you good with wood? We are hoping to do as much of the work ourselves as possible to keep costs down. There’s hard landscaping to do and we will be crafting wooden benches and natural habitats. A Boat planter – Do you happen to have a spare Boat???? ..that could be used as a planter? Pots and Plants – Any pots and/or plants you could provide would be greatly appreciated! Do have any of the following you could donate? - Bird Baths, Bird Table, Bird Feeders - Wooden Bark (for playgrounds) - Large pebbles and rocks – ornamental and for decoration - Wood for log benches etc - Tree Arch frames - Old dog cage – medium size – this is for the pinecone post - Mesh to Rabbit proof the flower beds Sponsorship – £s Would your Company be willing to give some sponsorship in return for some publicity?
