Weekly news from Mrs Deakin
We started the week in a wonderful way celebrating Diversity day on Monday. The children all enjoyed this greatly and we are now looking forward to day 2 - dancing at the end of November!
Today we have made up our shoe boxes for Operation Christmas child and will donate these to New Life Church for them to pass on, many thanks for all your generous donations and gifts.
Next week the whole school will be taking part in Anti Bullying Week and the staff have planned various activities and events for children to participate in. Year 2 began their work with me on Thursday and I was very proud of all their contributions.
We are all so excited about our Open Evening next Wednesday. Please do share this event with your neighbours, friends, relatives and remember to come back to school and see what happens in our classrooms! There really is much to see.
