Marton & District C E Aided Primary School

- Dean provided an update on Kickstart and PE lessons. - Boxercise and gymnastics have been full. KS1 multi sports has had 12 and KS2 multisports 6 due to clash with Choir. - Possibly looking at a whole school multisports club where KS2 and KS1 interact. - Holiday club will be offered 8 January 2018 due to inset day. - Overall Kickstart impressed by levels of development in PE of all stages. - Kickstart and school will apply for a Kite-mark Bronze Award in 2018 in relation to PE and training sports leaders. - Holiday dates are being reviewed based on parent feedback to try and accommodate holidays and save money. - Lunch Menu added to app. - Days missing from calendar added to app - such as Xmas fayre on 8th December. - Really Postive that 18 new children have started Marton across the school and not just in Nursery/Reception.
