Marton & District C E Aided Primary School

This has been an incredible week at school; the pupils and staff have worked so hard and we have felt so proud of everyone. Many, many thanks to all involved. Where possible we try to add all special dates and info to our school app/website but we are human and sometimes we forget as there is so much going on at this time of year! We would politely ask parents to not discuss school via social media but to contact us if you have any queries. We hold monthly parent surgeries where parents can send questions or attend – in order to ensure home school relationships are positive and parents are always welcome to email me directly and I will always respond. We are all looking forward to the Christmas parties and our annual church services next week, please contact your child’s teacher if you would like to be involved and help. Today we had a special afternoon tea for Mrs Reynolds as she officially retires. This was beautiful afternoon and we’d like to thank the parents and Chapeau for the beautiful and delicious cakes and treats. The PTA and governors presented Angie with special gifts and everyone had a lovely time. Check out the pictures of KS1 staff dressed up as characters from Alice in Wonderland. They look awesome!
