Marton & District C E Aided Primary School

Sadly our class goldfish died during the holidays. The children have all contributed to a group conversation about things and people passing away and what happens when we die. The children have been very grown up about it and it was very thought provoking listening to their thoughts and feelings. We were able to bury Juliette in our school grounds and the children all said a prayer and made pictures about her. This has been very valuable for the children’s emotional and spiritual understanding. I wanted to just give you all the heads up before the end of school should the children have any more questions.
