After a very rigorous process that has taken two days and involved: Teaching a lesson Meeting the school council Conducting Worship Producing an unseen presentation Completing a timed In Tray task And a formal interview...we have appointed a new Deputy Headteacher! I am delighted to inform you that Mrs Jo Field has been appointed as our new Deputy Headteacher and will begin this role from September. We are all thrilled for Jo and know what a great asset she is to our school family. I am sure you will all join me in congratulating her. We received 11 strong applications for this post and therefore shortlisting for interview was very thorough. The recruitment panel consisted of School Governors and Diocesan adviser and we were unanimous in our decision today. With best wishes always Nevin Deakin
