We thought as parents and carers you would appreciate some details regarding after school provision and Bizzy Beez.

Each night the children who travel home on the school bus are checked via a school register and member of staff. If a child ever says they are not on the bus a phone call is always made home and we hold the bus until a confirmation has been received.

If there is confusion regarding children going to Bizzy Beez, we always contact Bizzy Beez and confirm their arrangements before allowing children on the bus home. No child is ever allowed on the bus without confirming these arrangements.

Unfortunately sometimes errors are made and this occurred on Friday when Bizzy Beez confirmed a child was going home on the bus. School actually confirmed this twice. It would appear that the information from Miss Bowen had not been passed to Bizzy Beez staff and they were unaware of the change in circumstances.

All parties involved do not want this to happen again. Please can we remind all parents to contact school if there is any change to home time arrangements?
