Weekly news from Mrs Deakin
This has been a very productive week at school as Year 6 have completed their SATS. They have approached every test with maturity and enthusiasm and it has been wonderful to witness. We would like to extend our thanks to them; their families and to Mrs Wilson and Mrs Woodmass for supporting this process at school. Here’s to a super restful weekend for them all!
Next Friday we have the NSPCC visiting school and we would like ALL children to wear their own clothes and pay £1.00. All money collected on the day will be passed to the NSPCC staff.
Oliver & Alice Whittle and Maddie & Isla Goodwin are climbing Snowdon this weekend – so please support them and wish them well for this wonderful venture!
I am delighted to inform you all that on Sunday 30th June one of our lovely pupils will be holding a Bake Sale in support of Dementia sufferers. Heidi in Year 2 has witnessed her great Nanna's health deteriorate and she has decided she would like to help as many people as she can. She has organised a charity bake sale to coincide with the joint benefice service held at school on 30th June. Please can you show your support by coming along and helping Heidi? If you would like to bake cakes/can offer your support to help set up on the day - please contact Heidi's Mum too.
