Information for Choir performance at Capesthorne tomorrow evening21 November 2019 (by Sandra Bedford (Bursarmarton)) |
We sent letters home with the children last week. Here is the information.
Dear Parents and Carers
This year, our Capesthorne performance is on Friday 22nd November. The children will need dropping at 5.00pm at the ticket tent (situated by the courtyard gate near the main entrance) where myself and Mrs Field will be there to meet them. They will need to be dressed in full school uniform, however children do not need a jumper/cardigan as it gets very warm inside. For the girls, if you are able to French plait, then 2 braids look great alongside our uniform. This is just a suggestion so please don't worry as we have wonderful hairdressers in school!
As the children will be backstage in between performances, they will need to bring a book or pen and paper to keep them amused (no electronic items please). The children will also need a bottle of water and a snack. We are performing 3 times and our last performance is at 7:30pm, so children will need collecting from the main entrance at 8.00pm. If you are attending, you should collect your child from the Christmas Tree room, as parents are not permitted to collect children from the holding room.
If you wish to attend Christmas at Capesthorne, you must purchase a ticket. Capesthorne Hall are allowing friends and family of the performers to purchase tickets at a discounted price. To ensure you have your tickets, they request that you ring them on 01625 861 221 before 12 noon on Thursday 21st November and mention that you will be with Marton Primary School.
