Weekly news from Mrs Deakin
What a fab week at school!!!
We began on Monday with Year 6 travelling to Manchester (on the train!) and having a super time and Reception meeting Father Christmas at Tatton on Wednesday to today wearing our Christmas jumpers and taking part in the Santa dash around the field. Its these special occasions that mean so much at school and we know they mean so much to your children!
The Christmas productions were nothing short of magical and we all felt incredibly proud of the children and staff who have worked tremendously hard. Many thanks to parents and carers for supporting school in organising costumes, props (Mrs Davenport for lights) F & F and parents serving refreshments and beautiful ‘snowflake’ comments; we really value the relationships we have at school.
Huge thanks to Mr Marks for filming the KS2 Carol concert, details of this will be sent home as soon as possible.
Darren from SILK FM has been to visit us today to collect your generous toy donations and the School Council have had their picture taken handing over the presents. Thank you all for your support!
I am delighted to tell you that the final figures for the Christmas fair have now come in and the total money raised this year was:
Christmas Fair £1079.51
Christmas Shop £969.17
Wreath making evening £230
Making a grand total of £2278.68!!!

We look forward to Parents evening on Monday and hope you have all enjoyed reading your child’s termly report this evening.
